FlairNow: from discovery to outcomes
FlairNow is an opportunities platform built to help students find internships, fellowships, research placements, and early-career roles—then move from “saved link” to “submitted application” with less friction. The near-term build focuses on clean opportunity data, fast search & filters, and application tracking. The long-term leverage is AI: a resume co-pilot that helps students craft a resume per job by extracting job requirements, mapping them to a student’s experience, and generating role-aligned bullet improvements while staying truthful and evidence-based.
